You can easily book through our website’s contact form or by emailing us directly. We recommend booking in advance—especially during holidays or peak seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel at least 24hrs in advance. This allows us to modify bookings & schedule around other pets & pet parents.

What should I bring for my pet’s stay?

Please bring your pet’s usual food, medications, instructions & their favorite toys or items that smell like home. Please bring cats & small pets in a carrier or harness for safety. Ensure dogs are leashed for travel & drop off/pickup.

Absolutely! We offer complimentary meet & greets prior to pet care to meet pets & pet parents.
